These terms apply to services provided by FuelEvac in connection with wrong fuel removal, fuel drain, and related mobile assistance in Northern Ireland.
Service
We provide on-site fuel drain and system flushing based on the vehicle, fuel type, and conditions at the time of attendance. Time estimates (for example 30–60 minutes) are typical and not guaranteed.
Fees
Charges are agreed before or at the time of service, depending on vehicle type and volume of fuel to be removed. Payment may be taken by card or cash as stated at booking or on site.
Vehicle condition
Where the engine has been run on contaminated fuel, additional parts or garage work may be required. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to the service we perform.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, subject to any different agreement in writing.
